In booking a hunt at The Hunt Club, I understand that this is a trophy hunt only and agree to follow the guidelines for size and age set forth herein. All bucks harvested must be 140” 8 pointers, 150” 9 pointers or at least 3-? years or older. There is a $1,000 fine for undersize and young bucks and the hunter understands that he may not be invited to return to The Hunt Club.

A deposit of one-half of the total price of the hunt is required at the time of booking and is refundable, minus $100 administrative fee, if the hunt is cancelled before June 1 of the year of the hunt, or the deposit may be transferred to another year. If a hunt is cancelled after June 1, it will be refundable if The Hunt Club can fill the spot.

All photos and video are the property of The Hunt Club and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

Hunters also agree to the following:

1. Any shot taken must be called into Ron or the lodge.

2. Hunters agree to stay in their stands - we do not allow scouting or traipsing around. Hunters must go into and out of their stand along the marked trail.

3. Following a shot, the hunter will remain in his/her stand until Ron or Keith arrive at the stand. Chasing a wounded animal is more likely to result in loss of the animal which we want to avoid at all costs. Tracking will only be done with a licensed guide from The Hunt Club.

4. A hunt will continue after a shot is taken and blood is drawn at Ron’s discretion.

5. No alcohol is allowed before or during a hunt.

6. Everything you take into a stand must be taken out.

7. We encourage you to harvest a doe.

8. Any hunter who does not follow The Hunt Club safety rules and rules of responsible harvest of trophy bucks will be asked to leave.
